Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso who was influenced from her Italian American roots. The restaurant was greeted with a warm welcome. Lofaso has been described by many as a local favourite that serves up dishes that are authentic, tasty and inviting. Lofaso established Black Market Liquor Bar with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi in Studio City, California. The Lofaso is now settling in Black Market, and through her partnerships she has created. Lofaso was able to enjoy the freedom to be creative that she desired through this collaboration. Black Market does not have any one specific direction, and this is its intention.
